Ferrari is a film expected to hit theaters on 14th December 2023. The storyline, set in the summer of 1957, revolves around former racer Enzo Ferrari, played by Adam Driver, as he strives to save his automotive empire from crisis while competing in a perilous 1,000-mile race across Italy, called Mille Miglia. The film also stars Shailene Woodley and Giuseppe Festinese among others.
Where it Filmed?
The filmmakers aimed to present an authentic view of Italy during 1957 and shot the film in multiple locations across the country. A major part of the filming took place in Modena, Via Vito Bering, and Emilia Romagna with Campo Imperatore in L’Aquila and Brescia in Lombardy serving as some of the film’s backdrop. The filming process started in August 2022 and concluded in October 2022.
