Harry Reems was not originally cast to act in the movie. He was hired for sound and lighting. However, when the intended actor failed to show up, Reems was asked to perform instead. He worked for a single day and earned $100 for his contribution.
In the movie’s credits, actor Darcy Hollingsworth was mistakenly identified as “Office girl”. In reality, his character was cut from the existing U.S. DVD version but can still be seen on the Italian DVD.
“Deep Throat Part II” was later incorporated into another movie, “The Confessions of Linda Lovelace” that was released in 1977.
